Shipping

All physical products are shipped from the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Shipping within the U.S. only. If you are outside of the U.S. and interested in ordering, reach out and we can work together to find a solution.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many items, I do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on my part. If something went wrong with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can make it right.
Digital items are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of your order if it has not yet shipped. After that, I cannot guarantee changes.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out as soon as possible. I will do my best to help replace or refund the item depending on availability and situation.

Privacy Policy

All customer data is kept private and secure. I never share or sell your information. Payments are processed through trusted providers.

Commission Terms of Service

Payments

Commissions require full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed. In special cases or for larger projects, I may offer 50/50 spit payment, with 50% of the project cost due upfront. Invoices will be sent with all details clearly outlined.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel before I begin work, you’ll receive a full refund. Once I’ve started, partial refunds may be available depending on how much has been completed. No refunds are issued for completed work.
If I cancel a project for any reason, you will be fully refunded.

Revisions

Most commissions include up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee. Revisions must stay within the original project scope.

Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times will be provided when you request your commission. Typical turnaround is 4-6 weeks, depending on my queue and the complexity of the project. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee.

Usage Rights

Unless we’ve agreed otherwise:
I retain full copyright of my artwork and designs.
You are granted personal use rights (and commercial rights if discussed and priced accordingly).
You may not alter or resell the work without permission.
Credit is always appreciated when sharing, especially on social media.

Communication

Most communication for commissions will be handled via email to ensure everything is clear and documented. I am to respond within 1-3 business days, and I appreciate your patience. You’re welcome to reach out with questions or updates, but please know I may not be able to repspond immediately outside of working hours.

File Types

If digital, you will receive your final files via email, download link, or cloud drive link. File types will be discussed in advance, but most common file types are PNG, JPG, or PDF.

Archival Policy

I do my best to keep copies of completed commission files for at least 3 months after delivery. However, I can’t guarantee long-term storage, so I encourage you to save and back up your files once received. If you need a re-send within the archival window, reach out and I’ll do my best to assist. After that time, files may no longer be available.
